<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Temp - Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions across various departments, including, operations, dispatch, terminals, shop, tank washes and corporate roles. This role requires a proactive professional who can source top talent, build strong pipelines, and contribute to QC'S continued growth and talent.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the company. </li><li>Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking. </li><li>Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans. </li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). </li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams. </li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up. </li><li>Track key recruiting metrics to evaluate and improve recruiting performance. </li><li>Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry. </li><li>Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques. </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. </li><li>Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (preferably UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others. </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time on-site position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.</p> <p>Travel: 0%</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office and computer equipment.</p> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <p>The employee will regularly and repetitively be required to talk, hear, sit, type, reach and grasp in a typical office environment.</p> <p>This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping or crouching.
