<p>Duties</p> <p>The Board Certified Behavior Analyst within Educational Services provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) </li><li>Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field </li><li>Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools </li><li>One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred </li><li>Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice </li><li>Current CPR if applicable </li><li>TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable </li><li>Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) </li><li>Must meet all federal, state and local requirements </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age </li></ul> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>Pay Rates: Wages are based on an hourly rate as a W-2 employee.</p> <ul> <li>Offering up to $78/hour. based on experience and credentials. </li><li>Stipends for professional development and continuing education credits </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li></ul> <p>Additional Notes</p> <p>Full-time and part-time vacancies throughout the Chicago Southland area.
