Will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and providers, and act as a positive role model. They will coordinate and carry out all administrative functions including general customer service and general administrative support to physicians/providers and staff as well as educate staff regarding the Organization's and the Practice's policies and oversee compliance.</p> <p>Evening hours will be occasionally required.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management or a related field; minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical practice management; broad knowledge of physician practice management and budget management.
