You'll guide our caregiving team, champion wellness, and help residents live life to the fullest every single day.</p> <p>Your Role in the Legacy Mission</p> <p>As the Resident Services Director, you are the heartbeat of our health and wellness program. You'll oversee care planning, resident assessments, and daily clinical operations, ensuring our community remains a place where safety, comfort, and compassion thrive. Through your leadership, our care team will uphold Legacy's promise-to honor every story and nurture every soul.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Meet with residents regularly to provide health and wellness checks and address any health-related questions.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete assessments prior to move-in, upon condition changes, and as required by policy or regulation.</p> </li><li> <p>Review medical reports before move-in to ensure the residence can meet individual care needs and regulatory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee medication management, including ordering, scheduling, and ensuring accurate documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain individualized service plans for each resident.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain ongoing communication with residents, families, physicians, and outside healthcare providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate additional health services and support transfers to or from hospitals or other care facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Counsel residents and families with empathy and professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the on-call rotation for medical questions and resident emergencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Food Service Director on residents' dietary needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Review health changes with the Executive Director and physicians to ensure continuity of care.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure infection control protocols and wellness standards are consistently met.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and confidential wellness records for all residents.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here</p> <p>At Legacy Senior Living, you'll find purpose in every moment and pride in every achievement.
