<p>Must be 18 years of age or older</p> <p>HS Diploma or GED</p> <p>Valid Driver's License (Must meet the G2 Company Driving Policy)</p> <p>One (1) years of front-line experience in a similar or related role</p> <p>Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar or related role</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history</p> <p>Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation</p> <p>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Experience in airport operations</p> <p>Airline or airport operations experience</p> <p>Leadership experience in the airline or airport operations experience</p> <p>PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Treat all information as confidential.</p> <p>Possesses the tact to deal with situations at all levels, client representatives, employees, and the public.</p> <p>Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout shift.</p> <p>Must be willing and able to work in various climatic conditions including extreme heat and cold (over 100 to below 0), including high winds, rain, ice, and snow.</p> <p>Must be willing and able to cope with various non-routine situations, including, but not limited to, early/late flights, weather and mechanical delays, and passenger assistance, including accommodation/re-accommodation.</p> <p>Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.</p> <p>Must be able to read, understand, and carry out instructions in English.</p> <p>Must meet requirements to obtain a security-sensitive identification badge.</p> <p>Must be able to direct in English verbally.</p> <p>Must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).</p> <p>Be able to resolve problem situations with passengers when necessary.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Oversee administrative staff and assign duties to direct reports</p> <p>Manage the day-to-day operations within the primary area of responsibility for scheduling/staffing, managing daily budgeted hours, and limiting overtime.</p> <p>Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)</p> <p>Implement a safety plan for the station</p> <p>Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary</p> <p>Perform all duties of subordinate employees when necessary.</p> <p>Train/retrain all personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.</p> <p>Maintain good employee relations. Handle employee problems efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>Client Relations -- Effectively communicate with senior airline management and project a positive image in responding to inquiries from airlines, staff and the public.</p> <p>Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.</p> <p>Monitor employee activity and adjust as needed.</p> <p>Handle off-schedule operations when the Manager is not available.</p> <p>Perform other duties as requested.</p>
