Our Fleet Detailer Supervisor plays a vital role in our transportation operations ensuring our fleet of motorcoaches are always ready to transport out guests through Alaska. If you have an eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to quality, we would love to hear from you!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supervises the team of fleet detailers, the fleet cleaning operations and activities. </li><li>Coordinates vehicle cleaning and re-fueling with dispatch. </li><li>Routinely, oversees scheduling of cleaning and re-fueling fleet vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience involving vehicle or automotive detailing is normally preferred for this job. </li><li>Prior supervisory experience is required. </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment background check. </li><li>Current, valid driver's license, with a driving record that meets company's clean driver eligibility requirements. Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be requested. </li><li>Must be 18 years older to hold this position. </li><li>Participate in HAP's safety culture to ensure a safe workplace for all team members and a safe vacation experience for all guests. </li><li>Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to all guests, coworkers, and vendors. </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States.
