<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Global Fellows Program Lead</p> <ul> <li>Do you enjoy building bridges between academic departments and student life? </li><li>Can you create meaningful connections between students from diverse backgrounds? </li><li>Can you juggle programming, budgeting, and student support with ease and enthusiasm? </li><li>Do you thrive in roles that blend strategy, creativity, and mentorship? </li><li>Are you ready to lead initiatives that make global learning personal and powerful? </li></ul> <p>This is the job for you!</p> <p>The Global Fellows Living and Learning Community (LLC) Program Lead collaborates with the Faculty Director and Residential Life Coordinator in organizing educational programs, developing co-curricular initiatives, and promoting cross-cultural dialogue on campus.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>In conjunction with the Faculty Director, develop a programming calendar with events that support the LLC goals that comply with Faculty Director programming expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Attend programs, track attendance of programs and assess overall effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative operations such as managing reservable spaces, submitting facility maintenance requests, and monitoring spending within budget guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Support Global Fellows by administering grants and scholarships for study abroad and undergraduate research projects, as well as working with campus partners in Financial Aid, Education Abroad, and the Office of Undergraduate Research to facilitate these grants and scholarships.</p> </li></ol> <p>Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Generous annual and sick leave accruement, along with 13 paid holidays. </li><li>An engaging and collaborative on-campus environment. Experience working with college students in and outside the classroom.
