Sustainable HSE practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You'll oversee production planning, engineering, maintenance, and purchasing-while acting as Site Manager for Waukesha.</p> <p>You'll guide a team of 70 professionals, fostering a culture of Lean principles, and data-driven decision-making to achieve world-class performance.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Champion Lean Manufacturing and embed continuous improvement in every process. </li><li>Drive improvements in HSE, quality, cost competitiveness, and profitability. </li><li>Set and achieve operational targets; ensure proper organization and staffing. </li><li>Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. </li><li>Inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional results. </li></ul> <p>Who are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record in HSE excellence and Lean leadership. </li><li>Strong change management and team development experience. </li><li>Manufacturing background with focus on quality, productivity, and delivery. </li><li>Solid knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and project management. </li><li>Minimum 5 years leading a full production team in a complex environment. </li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Production or Industrial Engineering). </li></ul> <p>You're systematic, analytical, and thrive under pressure.
