By focusing on continual improvement, our services remain at the forefront of our industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering our services with the highest degree of integrity.</p> <p>SierTeK Ltd. is seeking five (5) Instructional System Designer (ISD) Support to support an opportunity at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW SECTION</p> <p>The employee assistance shall be for use by the Academic Development Branch (EDED) to support the graphics, media, and video production for the courses and programs within the organization.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Multimedia & Courseware Development</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and production teams to create multimedia, graphics, and training materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Design instructional content: text, audio/video scripts, and interactive elements.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) throughout the development process.</p> </li><li> <p>Instructional Systems Design (ISD)</p> </li><li> <p>Create training plans, validate courses for effectiveness, and align with course objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze student feedback and evaluation data to enhance learning materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide courseware improvement recommendations based on ISD principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Platform & Tool Recommendation</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend instructional platforms, delivery methods, media, and development tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage, test, and report on online courseware performance and improvement opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management & Consultation</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate course development from request intake to final delivery, including storyboard development and content review.</p> </li><li> <p>Consult on and validate educational content throughout the multimedia development lifecycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all USAFSAM courseware meets educational quality standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative Duties</p> </li><li> <p>Proofread and edit content for grammar, formatting, and style.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain curriculum files and support related administrative tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend meetings and training sessions as required.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education & Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; or 5 years of applied ISD experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in at least two of the following areas:</p> </li><li> <p>Learning theory / educational psychology</p> </li><li> <p>Instructional design techniques</p> </li><li> <p>Educational assessment</p> </li><li> <p>Instructional product creation</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Skilled in tools such as Adobe Captivate, SCORM packaging, 3D modeling, VR, gaming/simulation.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpersonal & Professional Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on file.</p> </li></ul> <p>Highly Desired</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field. </li></ul> <p>SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
