Under the direction and supervision of an Orthodontist, strictly adheres to company policies, state dental laws, rules, and regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Leads, supports, coaches, and develops clinical team members </li><li>Responsible for assigning daily & monthly clinical tasks </li><li>Resolves any issues which may impact patient care and operational efficiencies </li><li>Maintains smooth clinical flow </li><li>Assists in placing and removing orthodontic appliances </li><li>Performs accurate and efficient procedures to maintain the schedule and patient flow </li><li>Performs final checks on patients and leads patient flow </li><li>Manages remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, direct patient messages and triage notifications </li><li>Ensures compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and State Dental Board regulations </li></ul> <p>Your special skills:</p> <p>We're proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
