Potential salary range for this role, inclusive of shift differential, is $20.00-$25.00/hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law."</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>New employees are eligible for the following benefits effective date of hire! </li><li>Perfect Attendance Bonus valued at $800 annually (prorated based on start date) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision benefits </li><li>Company-paid life insurance and disability benefits </li><li>17 days of paid time off (pro-rated) and 10 paid Holidays </li></ul> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Swiss Machinists are responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC or Swiss equipment to fabricate Swiss production parts that meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. </li><li>Additional responsibilities include making adjustments and monitoring assigned equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity, troubleshooting and correcting problems, deburr/buff/sand parts to meet print specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques, and perform preventative machine maintenance as required. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>2+ years machine shop experience in all phases of machining, including two years of CNC or Swiss experience REQUIRED </li><li>Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints and experience working with small precision parts to close tolerances required. </li><li>Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as basic knowledge of lean manufacturing. </li></ul> <p>#INDHP</p>
