<p>Your Opportunity</p> <p>As an International Services ECG Associate, you will take inbound chats and secure messages from global (non-US residents) and domestic clients with all a full range of service and trading needs. You will work on a collaborative, growing team in a fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options in addition to general account servicing inquiries. The Sr Specialist role will also include sharing your trading, service, and professional knowledge with the team in various formal and informal settings, as well as peer mentoring opportunities. The relationships that you create and uphold will have a direct impact as you aid our clients and your teammates to "Own Their Tomorrow."</p> <p>What you have</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read, write, and speak in Chinese/Mandarin. </li><li>FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required OR a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time. </li><li>Flexible and able to work on emails/chats/phones as business needs change. </li><li>Ability to engage clients in a proactive and consultative manner to build rapport. </li><li>Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment. </li><li>Experience with high focus on risk awareness and/or mitigation. </li><li>Effective research and problem-solving skills to help fulfill client requests as well as fellow supporting team members. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of outstanding customer service experience in Finance Industry. </li><li>1+ years of experience working with clients through chats/emails. </li><li>Bachelor's degree from accredited US institution. </li><li>High flexibility in shift times especially early in the morning as business needs change and limited personnel to service clients from 06:00am -11:59pm ET. </li><li>Experience serving International clients. </li><li>A passion to continually learn, growing your knowledge in personal finance, US and foreign markets, and attain industry licenses for personal growth. </li><li>Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a demanding environment. </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
