<p>Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment. Specific systems may include: electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc.) chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAV's, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>3 years of Maintenance Tech experience to include HVAC experience. Experience may be substituted if graduate from a HVAC program Required </li><li>1 year For systems that include BAS controls, experience must include of commercial/healthcare HVAC/HVAC BAS experience or graduation from a BAS program Required </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications</p> <ul> <li>EPA Universal Certification Required </li><li>DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Valid state issued driver's license & adhere to Piedmont's Healthcare Vehicle Safety Program policy 3500 Required </li></ul> <p>Business Unit : Company Name:</p> <p>Piedmont Augusta Hospital</p>
