Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Project Manager will assist in creating and maintaining a preventative maintenance plan for City's six wastewater treatment plants by using Maximo. Assisting in CIP project management for wastewater treatment and lift stations, with reporting and mitigating SSOs, and creating and QC Maximo work orders and mitigate errors.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties</p> <ul> <li>Assist in weekly maintenance work orders and lead coordination between plant managers, maintenance leaders, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance. </li><li>Asset inventory, inspect and track the service life of equipment and infrastructures estimate and oversee the lift-cycle costs, maintenance schedules. </li><li>Setup maintenance schedules and implement maintenance for City's wastewater treatment and lift station facilities by computerized management software Maximo. </li><li>Coordinate technical staff review by multiple departments to ensure timely review, comments, and execution of projects. </li><li>Maintain the Project diary as an official record of issue and decision. </li><li>Assure timely review of projects to a decision point by the appropriate decision maker and is responsible for monitoring cost, schedule, and performance goals. </li><li>Monitor environmental conditions to determine proper treatment techniques. </li><li>Ensure all work performed within area of responsibility is in accordance with EPA, TCEQ, AWWA and other applicable federal and state rules and regulations. </li><li>Create, keep, and track records and reports for wastewater treatment in compliance with Consent Decree and related regulations. </li><li>Work as internal liaison of wastewater treatment for Consent Decree. </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>Minimum of (3) years of related experience or Engineering Degree with EIT Certificate. </li><li>A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered </li><li>A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Other Information:</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>The City offers an excellent benefit package that includes:</p> <ul> <li>Texas Municipal Retirement System - TMRS is a required retirement plan for all full-time employees.
