<p>Summary</p> <p>Full time. 40 hrs/week. Be on their team. </li><li>Implements departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. </li><li>Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. </li><li>Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. </li></ul> <p>One or more of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Respiratory Therapist credentialed from the Michigan Board of Respiratory Care obtained prior to </li><li>hire date or job transfer date. </li><li>Respiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for </li><li>Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. • Preferred Credential(s): </li><li>Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of </li><li>Pediatrics (AAP). </li><li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. </li></ul> <p>Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Works in an office environment. </li></ul>
