<p>As the Sr. Manager, Product you will provide oversight for all aspects of Product Management including intake and prioritization of new product and product enhancement requests, drafting coverage forms, and all aspects of the filings process. You will be responsible for developing and recommending product management and filings policies, procedures and standards. You will also support the development and directs the implementation of process and controls improvements that help to ensure Member growth and profitability.</p> <p>Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees research, development, and maintenance of coverage forms. </li><li>Ensures timely and compliant filings and subsequent implementation of approved forms and rates, ensuring very low error rates. </li><li>Ensures effective handling of state filings objections. </li><li>Collaborates in development of Product Roadmap including prioritization and scheduling. </li><li>Coordinates communication of product and rate changes to internal staff.
