<p>Description:</p> <p>The Baldwin Group is seeking a capable Program Manager to lead our technology driven business transformation program to deliver discriminating solutions that reimagine our client, colleague, and partner experience. This position directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. This PM will drive program execution to achieve key business objectives through end-to-end solutions to include both technology solutions, business processes and adoption. They are responsible for the cost, schedule, technical performance and roll out of these programs. The Program Manager is responsible for working with cross-functional teams in the preparation of solution opportunities, business cases, key performance indicators, develop plans, execution plans, change management plans and adoption plans. Additionally, this Program Manager will be accountable directly to the C-suite serving as primary leader for program activities, leading program review sessions with the cross functional team to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance. This Program Manager will establish end-to-end business process design concepts, success criteria, and technical efforts for solution discovery, development (to include make vs buy analysis), integration, and test as well as establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules. This Program Manager will identify program problems and obtain solutions such as allocating resources or prioritizing capabilities. The Program Manager will direct the work of colleagues assigned to the program from technical, business execution, and growth services areas.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Manage scope to ensure continued alignment with established requirements and budgets </li><li>Use objective measurement methodologies to monitor and assess program performance against plan (schedule and financial) </li><li>Identify risks and develop and implement corrective action when necessary to initiate program changes </li><li>Leverage technical background to identify and manage project Technical Risks </li><li>Work as the project lead responsible for cost and schedule while guiding a multi-disciplined team in the development of internally and externally leveraged solutions including all aspects of product design from concept through business adoption </li><li>Through expert communication and leadership skills, establish a common understanding among team members on technical approach, scope, schedule, risk, and financial objectives </li><li>Control expenditures within the limitations of the project budget and regularly reports on project budget to actual performance via the Estimate to Complete (ETC) process </li><li>Utilize cost control techniques </li><li>Create and maintain detailed project plans and action item lists </li><li>Generate Work Breakdown Structures for new projects </li><li>Work closely with technical teams, business execution teams, growth services to oversee cost/schedule execution of the task and resolution of technical issues as they arise </li><li>Monitor product/project from initiation through completion and/or acceptance </li><li>Manage schedule and delivery of contract deliverables </li><li>Perform as business case manager by actively guiding the capture effort for design, development, and adoption efforts </li><li>Prepare and present review briefings to senior leadership </li><li>Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior in accordance with firm values outlined in The Baldwin Group's Azimuth </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Additional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with end-to-end technical solutions </li><li>Experience with business case development </li><li>Experience managing and coordinating teams distributed across several locations and disciplines </li><li>Product Development experience and mindset (Critical to facilitate out of box thinking, client centric approach etc..) </li><li>Organizational agility, facilitating stakeholder management, navigate and coordinate interdependent projects throughout the firm for a alignment </li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn evolving business and technology landscape </li><li>Superb analytical, project management, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to promote collaboration among the program team </li><li>Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills </li><li>Strong technical background </li><li>Project Management Professional Certification </li></ul> <p>Located on site in our Tampa, FL headquarters</p> <p>IMPORTANT NOTICE:</p> <p>This position description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing in the role and is not a contract.
