<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Braintree, MA - Braintree, MA</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>MA Instructor -Braintree</p> <p>MEDICAL ASSISTANT FOR TEACHING ROLE</p> <p>Part-Time, 2-4 mornings/week</p> <p>Residential classes are all in-person at the campus in Braintree, Monday through Thursday 9 am to 2 pm.</p> <p>Class time is divided between lecturing and clinical labs. We need someone with at least 3-5 years of industry experience who can teach all 4 courses:</p> <ul> <li>Introduction to Healthcare (medical terminology and professionalism in the healthcare field) </li><li>Clinical Medical Assisting Techniques (vital signs, injections, point of care testing, etc.) </li><li>Phlebotomy (we do live blood draws) </li><li>EKGs (12 lead EKGs) </li></ul> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Medical Assistant Instructors help take care of students through their lifecycle with Ross!</p> <p>If you are highly organized, have thought about teaching and are ready to take your career in a new direction where you can affect the future of Medical Assisting, apply now.</p> <p>MA Instructor Braintree</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>A Health Training Center Medical Assistant graduate preferred; graduates from other MA diploma or degree programs considered 3+ years of experience within the past 7 years, as an Medical Assistant. </li><li>EKG and phlebotomy experience needed </li><li>Knowledge of materials (subjects) that will be taught to students and ability to use and communicate Health Training Center curriculum </li><li>Ability to achieve or maintain credential and/or licensure within expected time frames </li><li>Ability to remain objective and treat all students equally </li><li>Must have sufficient ability to move around the building and classroom to satisfy student needs and/or facilitate student participation. </li><li>Must have sufficient visual and auditory ability to operate computer equipment, use telephone, read materials, use white board and use classroom equipment. </li><li>Reference and background check required for employment, including credit check </li><li>Protection of student and/or employee privacy is expected in the handling of confidential and/or financial information. </li><li>Protection of the corporation and privacy of corporate proprietary and confidential information is expected </li><li>Professional communication encompasses written, oral, visual and digital communication.
