<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Able to fulfill job description of dishwasher. </li><li>Prepares and cooks pizzas. </li><li>Assists with preparation of other items such as spicy wings, salads and desserts. </li><li>Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintains a sanitary workstation environment. </li><li>Keeps area stocked and clean at all times. </li><li>Keeps make table organized and stocked. </li><li>Controls flow of traffic in kitchen. </li><li>Helps out in other areas of the restaurant when needed. </li><li>Completes opening and/or closing checklists. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by Company Management. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>(Minimum requirements for entry into position)</p> <ul> <li>One-year experience in a food preparation position. </li></ul> <p>Skills And Characteristics Required</p> <ul> <li>Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with other employees. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask. </li><li>Sense of urgency. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees. Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40 pounds in weight.
