<p>Cognizant is seeking a Network Operations Center Engineer for a full-time opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite opportunity working out of the office in Charlotte, NC on a 24*7 rotational shift.</p> <p>Applications will be accepted until 8/26/2025. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving incidents, analyzing network traffic, and preparing incident reports. </li><li>Work on network operations including Cisco infrastructure and networking products. ACI, Hyperflex, Firewalls, Routing and Switching, datacenter, etc. </li><li>Monitoring network performance and service availability to detect issues promptly. </li><li>Investigating and troubleshooting network incidents to ensure quick resolution. </li><li>Analyzing network traffic and event flows to identify patterns and potential inefficiencies. </li><li>Collaborating with IT support teams to maintain network health and performance. </li><li>Preparing detailed incident reports and communicating findings to stakeholders </li><li>Contributing to the development of effective incident response procedures. </li><li>Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for network operations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in Network Operations. </li><li>Experience with Network Monitoring, Networking Troubleshooting & Incident Management. </li><li>1 to 3 years of experience with Cisco ACI, Hyperflex, Firewalls, Routing and Switching. </li><li>Experience working in a Datacenter. </li></ul> <p>The Cognizant community:</p> <p>We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
