Do you have a knack for implementing service standards?</p> <p>We are looking for an Administrative Officer to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Client Associates </li><li>team leadership and development: supervise, train, and mentor a team of client associates, driving performance through regular feedback, coaching, and career development. </li><li>Manage the high-touch service, and workflow for teams supporting clients with complex and significant assets </li><li>complex client service oversight act as a high-level escalation point for complex account issues </li><li>Bridge gap between the private wealth advisors and the associates, ensure specialized concierge services are handled with precision, discretion, speed </li><li>manage branch administration, including branch facilities, human resources matters, P&L and provide administrative support </li><li>recruit, select, onboard, train and manage administrative support staff </li><li>conduct performance reviews and make personnel decisions related to compensation and promotion </li><li>educate all employees on administrative policies and procedures </li><li>escalate supervisory issues when necessary and follow-up locally on issues identified by the management team </li></ul> <p>Detailed salary information:</p> <ul> <li>Chicago: the salary range for this role is $130000 to $165000 </li></ul> <p>The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
