We want you to be a fixture of our clinic's success.</p> <p>ADJUSTING EXPECTATIONS</p> <p>As a DC at The Joint Chiropractic - Lafayette CO, you are expected to provide quality, full-spine adjustments using a blend of any and/or all of the following adjusting techniques:</p> <ul> <li>Diversified </li><li>Gonstead </li><li>Thompson Drop </li><li>Activator (Activator only DCs need not apply, this is a more so a "hands-on" clinic) </li><li>Extremity adjusting is a plus </li><li>A great DC at The Joint will learn to provide an excellent full-spine adjustment in a methodical and efficient manner that balances being detailed and thorough with patient volume demands. </li></ul> <p>STANDARDS</p> <ul> <li>Provide the highest level of patient care in an efficient manner </li><li>Keep accurate patient records through our proprietary EHR software </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workplace </li><li>Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace culture </li><li>Educate patients on the benefits of our services (for their health and their wallet) </li><li>The ability to obtain patient memberships and retain them </li><li>Participate in marketing opportunities to help the clinic build new patient counts </li><li>Maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Current, active Chiropractic license in Colorado </li><li>Live within 45 minutes of Lafayette, Colorado, or have relocation already planned </li><li>NO prior or pending Chiropractic board or DORA complaints in Colorado </li><li>Cheerful, extroverted, empathetic and positive (looking for a "people person") </li><li>Able to work weekends/evenings (as required) </li><li>Dedication to high quality service </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance </li><li>Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages </li><li>Able to stand and adjust for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Paid malpractice insurance </li><li>Structured bonus system </li><li>Potential offer to buy into this Franchise for the right candidate </li></ul> <p>HOURS</p> <ul> <li>Part-time, 16 hours/week </li></ul> <p>As the clinic grows, the opportunity for more hours will as well</p> <ul> <li>10am-7pm (Preferably Wednesday or Thursday) </li><li>Saturdays 10am-5pm </li><li>Wage: $37/hour to start, current ceiling is $45/hour </li></ul> <p>If hired, you will have virtual training modules that can be completed at your computer at home, and then 1 day of in-clinic training at our office in Lafayette.
