Your warm, helpful presence supports smooth communication and daily operations across the community.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Promptly and professionally answer the switchboard </li><li>Accurately respond to emergency situations </li><li>Update and manage resident statuses (admissions, discharges, etc.) </li><li>Act as the office concierge for all departments </li><li>Sort and distribute mail to residents and team members </li><li>Maintain and balance petty cash, Resident Trust Fund, and gift shop funds </li></ul> <p>What Were Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Clerical or switchboard experience preferred </li><li>Calm and confident in handling emergencies </li><li>Strong typing and computer skills </li><li>Comfortable operating standard office equipment </li></ul>
