We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>This position is a data management/programming position within the Division of Sleep Medicine Epidemiology and Cardiovascular Research in the Department of Sleep and Circadian Disorders. The primary role of the data manager/programmer, under the direction of the IS Systems Manager, will include database creation, data management, and data cleaning as well as report generation for ongoing clinical epidemiological research projects, including large cohort studies and genetic-epidemiological studies. Duties include programming (SAS, R), database creation (REDCap), data management, data harmonization and cleaning, report design and generation, user interface design, and creation and maintenance of SOPs/documentation. The RDM will oversee the merging and tracking of multiple streams of data, including physiological data, sleep data, environmental exposure data, and genomics data. With oversight from lead statisticians, will assist in statistical analyses.
