As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and play an integral part in shaping Lilly's future by identifying and attracting exceptional talent to the company. This role will be an extremely instrumental part of the sourcing and recruiting efforts of scientific talent across the company.</p> <p>Do you have experience searching for top R&D talent? We need someone comfortable with the time investment in proactive strategic relationship building efforts. Consider joining the Lilly family working to impact lives of patients around the globe!</p> <p>The Talent Scout will function as a search and subject matter expert, responsible for working collaboratively to locate and attract scientific talent to Lilly through lead generation, expert sourcing strategies and the ability to research the employment market for a given functional focus.</p> <p>Some things you'll do in the role:</p> <ul> <li>Sourcing a pool of candidates using Linked IN, job boards, niche websites, internet searches, CRM system and other passive candidate generation techniques and tools. </li><li>Providing and applying labor market intelligence and recruitment trends to improve sourcing efforts. </li><li>Incorporating social media to attract talent and brand Lilly. </li><li>Managing key vendors of sourcing. </li><li>Meeting and exceeding annual, monthly sourcing objectives to include, but not limited to, leads, contacts, candidates, hiring metrics and hires. </li><li>Proficient in using technologies to track all sourcing activity/results and leverages systems to continuously build talent pool. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of work experience </li><li>2+ years of R&D or similar recruiting and/or sourcing experience </li><li>Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role. </li><li>This position is not permanent. The anticipated wage for this position is</p> <p>$57,750 - $129,800</p> <p>Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
