The role will have a hand in impacting company objectives and brand initiatives while being a part of a communications team who engages our audiences in a variety of ways.</p> <p>Come join us!</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL DO IN THIS ROLE</p> <ul> <li>Shape and implement communication plans that inform and inspire. </li><li>Build creative partnerships and work with individuals and teams across the company to collaborate on communications that resonate. </li><li>Take the lead on video and visual content from concept and scripting to shooting and editing. </li><li>Get behind the camera to capture authentic moments, still and video format, that show who we are and what we do. </li><li>Build creative partnerships that elevate the work and connect our strategy to more people. </li><li>Bring fresh thinking to how we share our story - be it new formats, platforms or creative approaches. </li><li>Take complex information and determine how to make it clear, compelling and relevant for different audiences. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design or related field. </li><li>1-3 years of corporate communications experience with successful execution of communications strategies and plans. </li><li>Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). </li><li>Video scripting and production experience, including an understanding of composition, lighting, audio, editing and creative storytelling. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead conversations and facilitate projects with people at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Portfolio that shows range - video production, photography, writing, graphic design - work that demonstrates your visual storytelling. </li><li>Animation experience and corporate intranet (Simpplr) knowledge are nice-to-haves. </li></ul> <p>ABOUT US</p> <p>Health.
