<p>Job Title: Powersports Engineering TechnicianJob Description</p> <p>We are seeking multiple Powersports Engineering Technicians to join our team in a research and development environment. This role involves supporting complete vehicle durability testing on ATVs and Side by Sides. The position offers a long-term opportunity with the ability to work on-site at a first-class test track facility.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform vehicle testing according to outlined test procedures and requirements. </li><li>Assemble complete vehicles using engineering drawings, service manuals, and communication with engineering staff. </li><li>Conduct vehicle maintenance and safety checks before, during, and after testing. </li><li>Be attentive to detail during testing and identify concerns or problems as they arise. </li><li>Communicate and document concerns with project leaders, providing detailed and clear descriptions of situations or problems. </li><li>Execute vehicle tear down for part confirmation and sub-component section evaluations. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience as an Automotive Technician with expertise in 4-wheelers, ATVs, Powersports, and motorcycles. </li><li>ATV Technician experience. </li><li>Associate's degree in Engineering. </li><li>Experience in Powersports testing, engineering, and troubleshooting. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of Powersports vehicles such as ATVs, Side by Sides, and Dirt Bikes. </li><li>Experience in riding and repairing ATVs and Side by Sides is preferred. </li><li>Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and identify concerns or issues. </li><li>Proficiency in working within a team environment. </li><li>Capability to follow instructions and defined test procedures. </li><li>Comfortable asking questions in uncertain situations. </li><li>Willingness to travel, especially during winter months. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is based in a research and development testing environment. The role offers the ability to travel on-site to test sites and to test ride ATV vehicles across various test types. This long-term position includes benefits such as two weeks shutdown pay and five days of paid time off to start.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Raymond, OH.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
