<p>What to Expect</p> <p>Tesla is accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy, and the Tesla Semi plays a critical role in that mission. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content and Demand Generation Program Manager to lead efforts for the Tesla Semi, with a primary focus on driving product awareness, education, and demand for the Semi.</p> <p>This role will own product positioning, customer education, and customer engagement, emphasizing the benefit the EV Tesla Semi provides over and above a Diesel. You will collaborate closely with product and program management, IT, engineering, sales, and regional teams to accelerate adoption and position Tesla as the leader in heavy duty trucking.</p> <p>To meet the goals for this role you will need to be highly motivated with exceptional management and organizational skills. A technical background is key given how closely you will be working across a broad group of engineering teams. Additionally, quick thinking and sound judgement under pressure is required. Finally, we are revolutionizing the world with this product, bringing high motivation and excitement is a must.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to build awareness and generate demand for the Tesla Semi</p> </li><li> <p>Create compelling content and messaging that highlights the benefits of the Tesla EV Semi</p> </li><li> <p>Lead product announcements, in-app experiences, campaign planning, content creation, demand gen communications, showroom retail experiences, and sales enablement materials</p> </li><li> <p>Drive digital campaigns, partnerships, events, and educational content</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights for stakeholders, iterate on strategies and inform product roadmaps</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in product marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or automotive space</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills with experience crafting both technical and consumer messaging</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional analytical skills for data-driven decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a fast-paced environment on several different projects</p> </li><li> <p>Driven and willing to undertake great challenges, and to manage development & validation projects across a variety of programs and initiatives, often with conflicting or overlapping priorities</p> </li></ul> <p>Tesla is an Equal Opportunity employer.
