This will include core proctoring and new appointment/reappointment applications for UCLA Health and 90+ community hospitals. You will:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate and monitor online application requests to ensure timely processing </li><li>Work on credentialing database integrity, onboarding/offboarding, credentialing, privileging and Commercial and Government Enrollment Process </li><li>Monitor expiring medical licenses, DEA, radiography/fluoroscopy licenses, immunization requirements, and training module compliance </li><li>Analyze hospital provisional standards </li><li>Handle complex and sensitive credentialing issues </li><li>Establish/maintain strong relationships with UCLA Health stakeholders, faculty, staff and community hospitals </li><li>Facilitate malpractice certificate requests/renewals </li><li>Run/and review monthly summary reports and credentialing database </li><li>Maintain credentialing software and application tracking spreadsheet </li><li>Provide technical online application support </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $26.10/hour - $49.38/hour</p> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility</p> <p>We're seeking an independent, deadline-driven professional with:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in related area with 1-3 years of experience or a combination of equivalent education, training and experience. </li><li>Advanced data analytics skill set, advanced Excel </li><li>Experience in physician and advanced health care credentialing </li><li>Strong issue identification and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with others and work under pressure of constant changing deadlines and priorities </li><li>Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and medical credentialing database applications MD-Staff required. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of data management and documentation methods used in medical credentialing </li><li>Exhibits confidence and professional diplomacy while identifying, organizing, facilitating and /or sustaining mutually beneficial partnerships and alliances with people at all levels internally and externally. </li></ul> <p>Note: Skills may be subject to test.</p> <p>As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.</p>
