<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily activities of the Agile Team </li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize stories within product roadmaps </li><li>Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with the Delivery Manager weekly </li><li>Coach, challenge the behavior of the Agile Team </li><li>Ensure quality, flow, and incremental value delivery </li><li>Onboard new team members </li><li>Maintain the hygiene of the JIRA board </li><li>Manage release readiness and cutover activities </li><li>Present metrics highlighting Agile Team progress </li></ul> <p>You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field </li><li>2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Information Technology, Product Development, or Delivery </li><li>Scrum Master Certification required </li><li>Experience with JIRA and Confluence </li><li>Proficiency in Power BI </li><li>Solid project management skills within a matrix environment </li><li>Integrate process orientation and communication within Agile delivery teams and across product teams </li><li>Foundational project management skills within a matrix environment </li><li>Experience facilitating meetings and leading teams </li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously </li><li>In-depth knowledge of software development practices and methodologies </li><li>Passion for continuous learning and improvement </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 10% annually </li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future </li></ul> <p>Our Modern Workplace:</p> <ul> <li>Conagra's culture of collaboration enhances our ability to meet critical business goals, deliver value to customers and consumers and provide you with the flexibility you need to achieve a better work-life balance. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
