The role is primarily focused on leading the development of proposals including the assessment of customer requirements, commercial risk analysis and supporting the deal team throughout negotiation and customer decision. The ideal candidate will possess a well-rounded blend of prior project management experience, technical acumen, contractual and financial awareness, and program management proficiency. This role is critical for securing new business as well as continuing existing business and ensuring the company's offerings are competitive and aligned with customer objectives. Additional responsibilities include Continuous Improvement initiatives, participation in KPI management and adherence to applicable policies and procedures. This on-site role is crucial for securing new business and ensuring existing offerings are competitive and aligned with customer objectives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the proposal development process from RFP release through post-submission phases for assigned deals requiring high-level approvals. </li><li>Own and execute a group of proposals, ensuring adherence to defined policies and procedures and on-time delivery to the customer. </li><li>Conduct comprehensive analysis of RFP requirements and develop compliant proposal outlines and schedules. </li><li>Assign tasks to proposal team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to schedules and requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with supporting departments (e.g., engineering, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and execute FLIGHT DECK fundamentals. </li><li>Influence the development of proposal strategies linked to product lines and overall growth. </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by creating or updating detailed job instructions, templates, and process documentation. </li><li>Lead daily proposal management standups and facilitate deal review meetings as needed. </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and project management skills.
