<p>Arvato is seeking a hands on and self-motivated Maintenance Manager to lead the proactive and preventative facility maintenance across our facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.? In this role, you will be able to leverage your knowledge and experience in facilities management and work cross-functionally to maximize equipment and facility resources while meeting safety and budget requirements.</p> <p>YOUR TASKS</p> <ul> <li>Supervise, guide and assign projects to supervisors, project engineers and engineering technicians relating to the engineering, development, maintenance and special projects of all machinery and equipment </li><li>Be responsible for overseeing all vendors on property, negotiating with vendors to reduce overhead costs and any facility related repairs and general upkeep </li><li>Delegate work projects for the improvement of efficiency and reliability of equipment used in operations </li><li>Maintain equipment PM records and lead in reducing downtime of equipment </li><li>Assist and/or lead in research and development of new products, processes or CAPEX projects </li><li>Develop and modify equipment to meet the department's production, quality or layout requirements </li><li>Vendors include but not limited to housekeeping, recycling, trash and miscellaneous day to day requirements </li><li>Assist in new building selection and fit out to meet arvato specification </li><li>Responsible for ensuring conveyor system is safe, efficient and operational 100% of warehouse hours (24/7 operation) </li><li>Understands all systems and components both mechanical and electrical </li><li>Understands all hardware components and software applications </li><li>Proactively perform all preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule </li><li>Cleaning and housekeeping of all conveyor system parts and areas </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot, maintain and repair conveyor </li><li>Resolve issues efficiently ensuring minimal downtime for operations </li><li>Ensure tool and spare parts inventory is kept at 100% </li><li>Flexibility (as needed) with start and end time to accommodate needed maintenance and troubleshooting </li><li>On-call for all emergencies by phone and onsite if required </li><li>Plan and coordinate all installations (HVAC, Electricity etc.) and refurbishments </li><li>Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet production needs, and health and safety standards </li><li>Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations </li><li>Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs </li><li>Review Contracts, and Service Agreements </li><li>Supervise all staff facilities staff (temporary workers, contracted custodians, technicians) and all external contractors </li></ul> <p>YOUR PROFILE</p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years in a Facilities Manager role or similar experience </li><li>Must possess a BS degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience </li><li>Previous experience supervising others </li><li>Must be able stand for long periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment </li><li>Must be able to work long hours including overtime if needed </li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% of the time </li></ul> <p>WE OFFER</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay. </li><li>401(k) with company matching up to 6%. </li><li>Paid Time Off, including paid holidays. </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts. </li><li>Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program. </li><li>Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training. </li><li>Commuter benefits. </li><li>Employee engagement activities. </li></ul>
