<p>The Princeton office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks an associate with one to three years of litigation experience to join our Firm in the fall of 2026. While this role is in our Health Care Litigation Practice Group, the associate may participate in a range of commercial litigation, both related and unrelated to health care. Applicants who have excellent analytical and writing skills, as well as discovery and motion practice experience, are sought to participate as part of a commercial litigation team handling industry-shaping managed care disputes and a variety of other sophisticated commercial conflicts. A federal or state appellate clerkship is required. This role offers the opportunity for meaningful involvement in ongoing, high exposure litigation cases. We value associates who demonstrate sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The salary range for this position is $205,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
