<p>The Manager Business Analysis is a hands-on people leader responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts who support technology-enabled process improvement across assigned lines of business. The role emphasizes day-to-day team leadership, delivery oversight, requirements quality, workflow analysis, and coordination between technology and business partners.</p> <p>Operating at the tactical and departmental level, the Manager Business Analysis ensures consistent, high-quality discovery, documentation, and process analysis, while maintaining standards, supporting change adoption, and contributing to automation and optimization initiatives within established governance.</p> <p>The Manager Business Analysis also drives the ongoing maturity of the Business Analysis function by strengthening business engagement and influence across lines of business.
