<p>The Manager Business Analysis is a hands-on people leader responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts who support technology-enabled process improvement across assigned lines of business. The role emphasizes day-to-day team leadership, delivery oversight, requirements quality, workflow analysis, and coordination between technology and business partners.</p> <p>Operating at the tactical and departmental level, the Manager Business Analysis ensures consistent, high-quality discovery, documentation, and process analysis, while maintaining standards, supporting change adoption, and contributing to automation and optimization initiatives within established governance.</p> <p>The Manager Business Analysis also drives the ongoing maturity of the Business Analysis function by strengthening business engagement and influence across lines of business. This includes guiding analysts through discovery, future-state design, change readiness, and the identification of AI and automation opportunities to advance the bank's processes, systems, and overall customer experience.</p> <p>In this Role You Will</p> <ul> <li>Business Partnership & Engagement </li><li>Serve as a primary liaison between Technology and assigned business leaders, translating business objectives into clear, actionable work for the Business Analysis team and supporting effective change adoption </li><li>Team Leadership & Capability Development </li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring consistent discovery practices, highâquality documentation, and ongoing skill and career development </li><li>Process Analysis & Optimization </li><li>Guide currentâstate and futureâstate process analysis, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and align workflows to enterprise transformation standards </li><li>AI & Automation Enablement </li><li>Partner with architecture and enterprise AI teams to identify, assess, and support automation and AI opportunities, contributing to intake, evaluation, and value measurement activities. </li><li>Requirements & Delivery Oversight </li><li>Ensure the quality and consistency of BA deliverables (requirements, user stories, process maps), and support collaboration across Product, Architecture, PMO, QA, and business stakeholders through delivery and UAT </li><li>Stakeholder Communication & Reporting </li><li>Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes in clear business terms, and maintain strong working relationships across assigned lines of business. </li><li>Governance, Risk & Performance Management </li><li>Ensure adherence to documentation, compliance, and AI governance standards, while tracking team performance and process improvement outcomes through defined KPIs. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership & Coaching </li><li>Analytical and Critical Thinking </li><li>Communication & Influence </li><li>Process Improvement Orientation </li><li>Change Management Support </li><li>Detail Orientation & Documentation Quality </li><li>Continuous Learning Mindset (especially around AI, automation, and workflow design) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Competencies and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles </li><li>Prior experience mentoring or leading Business Analysts (formal or informal) </li><li>Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements elicitation, and workflow analysis </li><li>Knowledge of banking or financial services operations, preferred </li><li>Proven ability to work cross functionally with business and technology teams </li><li>Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills </li><li>Proficiency with BA tools (requirements management, process mapping) </li><li>Exposure to automation, workflow tools, or AI driven process enhancements, preferred </li><li>Business analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI PBA, or similar), preferred </li><li>Experience working within Agile or hybrid project environments, preferred </li><li>Familiarity with digital banking technologies or data analytics, preferred </li><li>Experience participating in process re engineering or automation initiatives, preferred </li></ul> <p>Be a part of a growing company that is truly committed to its employees and clients.
