<p>It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!</p> <p>We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. </li><li>Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. </li><li>Lead and mentor operations staff, including supervisors and frontline team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. </li><li>Monitor and analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for continuous improvement. </li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all operational areas. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments including procurement, sales, and finance to align operational activities with business goals. </li><li>Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet operational targets. </li><li>Lead initiatives related to automation, technology implementation, and process standardization. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Educational Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. </li><li>7+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center processes and best practices. </li><li>Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems. </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. </li></ul>
