There is an immediate need to hire for the Fall 2025 semester for the Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness Department.</p> <p>Location Utica, NY Application Deadline <em>Full consideration by</em>: Open Until Filled No Major Responsibilities</p> <p>Utica University has an immediate need for Adjunct Lecturers to teach the following courses for the Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness Department during the Spring 2024 semester.</p> <p>Adjunct Lecturer of Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness:</p> <ul> <li>PXW 313 Biomechanics: This course examines human movement as it relates to sports. The structure, mechanical properties, and health of joints, extremities, and spine are emphasized. </li></ul> <p>Driving Responsibilities Travel Supervises Education Required Master's Certification Required Education & Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Human Physiology, or a related field </li><li>Three (3) years of clinical and/or academic experience. </li><li>Doctoral degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Human Physiology, or Physical therapy, preferred. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience teaching and supervising students, in an accredited higher education institution, in practical laboratory settings.
