<p>Job#: 3032382</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Claims Supervisor - Worker Compensation</p> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p>Employment Type: Permanent</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Claims Supervisor to provide oversight and leadership for a team of approximately five Workers' Compensation claims adjusters. This role is focused on leadership, team development, and ensuring adherence to best practices, rather than hands-on claims handling. The position offers a fully remote work arrangement and opportunities for long-term career advancement within a supportive structure.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a Workers' Compensation claims team, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency. </li><li>Oversee a team handling a portfolio of lost time and indemnity claims. </li><li>Guide the team in accordance with established best practices for claims management. </li><li>Manage adjuster hiring, training, and performance to foster a culture of continuous improvement. </li><li>Define team goals, manage workloads, and coach adjusters to support their professional development. </li><li>Serve as a key point of communication for clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional and proactive manner. </li><li>Effectively manage competing priorities and provide clear, process-oriented guidance to the team. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A High School Diploma is required.</p> <p>Experience: A minimum of 10 years of related Workers' Compensation claims experience is required. Candidates must have direct claims handling experience in Arkansas or Louisiana, with Arkansas experience being preferred. At least 1-2 years of supervisory or people leadership experience is necessary.</p> <p>Skills & Licensing: Candidates must be appropriately licensed and/or certified in the states where claims are handled, with an active license in Arkansas and/or Louisiana being ideal. A strong customer service mindset and clear, concise communication skills are essential for this role.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor's Degree. </li><li>Experience in both Arkansas and Louisiana jurisdictions. </li><li>Previous claims experience from a TPA, carrier, or large self-insured employer. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 annually.
