You begin projects by taking customer requirements and turning them into product concepts and specifications. You help provide technical direction to a team of engineers working on innovative new flow control products. Sometimes you perform engineering calculations and create drawings yourself, other times you guide other engineers. You can lead discussions with external partners and suppliers and seek guidance from other internal experts.
