The position provides year-round divisional youth leadership support and assumes expanded leadership, supervisory, and programmatic responsibilities during Camp Summer season.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be an active Salvationist in The Salvation Army </li><li>Must have an understanding, appreciation for and support of the mission of The Salvation Army </li><li>Must be a Christian familiar with the principles of Christian living found in the New Testament and seeking God's guidance for help in his/her daily walk. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree and/or experience in a related field. </li><li>Possess and maintain up-to-date training in Youth Mental Health and First Aid. </li><li>Must have a strong desire to work with children and youth. </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Must relocate to camp during the summer. </li><li>Must work well in a team environment. </li><li>Must have a willingness to travel when necessary. </li><li>Pennsylvania's Child Protective Services Law requires that all prospective employees complete the following clearance and background checks: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and PA DHS Criminal Record/Fingerprint Check.
