Our Business Engineering team is at the forefront of the AI frontier - and we're just getting started.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience </li><li>Experience with scalable software platforms applications and taking products from zero-to-one to a level of maturity </li><li>Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack </li><li>Experience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clients </li><li>Experience working with LLMs, agentic AI, and/or related AI/ML technologies </li><li>Experience working in highly collaborative, dynamic, and ambiguous environments </li><li>Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends </li><li>4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development </li><li>5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time </li><li>Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a startup or similar early stage company </li><li>Knowledge of the AI, advertising, and social media landscape globally </li><li>Experience working with enterprise customers and B2B GTM motion </li><li>Experience with agile software development methodologies </li><li>Experience working with global teams </li><li>Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) </li><li>Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) </li><li>Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to building next-gen AI products and prototypes in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross functional partners to meet business needs </li><li>Understand business challenges to define and drive strategies to help businesses grow at scale </li><li>Use broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needs </li><li>Work closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing an understanding on business goals and industry trends </li><li>Influence the AI industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience </li><li>Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale </li><li>Break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals </li><li>Build relationships with team members and cross functional partners </li><li>Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics </li><li>Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members </li></ul> <p>About Meta</p> <p>Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
