To learn more about our?story?click?HERE.</p> <p>The Senior Simulation & Analysis Engineer will use their significant design and analysis background to analyze air flow on power tool components and assemblies - offering fast, reliable recommendations for revisions to increase robustness and optimize performance, weight, size, and cost. The ideal candidate will be strong in mechanical design with a passion for CFD & Thermal Analysis.</p> <p>You'll?also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Directly support New Product Development and Advanced Engineering projects with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) & Thermal Analysis of components and assemblies </li><li>Consult with teams on machine performance and boundary conditions </li><li>Perform corollary testing to validate CFD and Thermal Analysis predictions </li><li>Recommend geometry or material changes for design robustness as well as performance, weight, size, and cost optimizations </li><li>Complete analysis on competitive parts and products </li><li>Be highly agile - use highly effective communication skills to quickly understand the depth of work required and provide trade-offs of accuracy versus time to complete analysis.
