<p>Salesforce Tech Lead</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors while leading an offshore team of six.</p> <p>Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales, Experience, Financial Services, etc.). </li><li>Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. </li><li>Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules, Custom Settings). </li><li>Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using SOQL/SOSL. </li><li>Design and implement OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures). </li><li>Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. </li><li>Manage DevOps processes including code management, metadata migration, and CI/CD pipelines. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to offshore teams. </li><li>Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols. </li><li>Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrums, sprint planning) to ensure timely delivery. </li></ul> <p>Work model:</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
