<p>Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida is a premier multi-specialty primary care practice with locations in Cape Coral, Estero, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres. We are currently seeking a Full-Time In-House Marketing Coordinator to join our Administration Team.</p> <p>The Marketing Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the practice's leadership team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns. </li><li>Create tailored marketing messages to reach and engage target audiences effectively. </li><li>Works with external company to oversee social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. </li><li>Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to inform and engage current and prospective patients, as well as internal campaigns </li><li>Plan and execute community outreach events, health fairs, and other promotional activities. </li><li>Coordinate with vendors, manage event logistics, and ensure successful event execution. </li><li>Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, flyers, and social media. </li><li>Monitor and manage online reviews and patient feedback to maintain a positive brand image. This includes recruitment reviews. </li><li>Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects and campaigns. </li><li>Coordinates and attends community and networking events to promote Physicians' Primary Care's adult medicine and pediatrics divisions. </li><li>Collaborate with the HR Director to create recruiting campaigns and facilitate positive recruiting endeavors in the community. </li><li>Works with marketing assistant to ensure projects completed. </li><li>Maintain marketing materials inventory and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. </li></ul> <p>To be Successful - You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>4+ years of experience in marketing in the healthcare or medical industry. </li><li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools). </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. </li><li>Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Want to learn more about Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida?
