Management, and Regional Positions will be available</p> <p>Core Values: Live Third, Reliability, On Fire of the Gold Standard Experience, Personal Commitment to Growth, Positive, can-do attitude.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments </li><li>Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves using a straight razor is preferred, but not required. </li><li>Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations </li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair styling </li><li>Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment </li><li>Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients </li><li>Utilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and client records </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Valid cosmetology/barber license </li><li>4+ Years experience </li></ul>
