<p>New Account Sales Representative - Managed Services</p> <p>OBJECTIVE: Prospect new accounts to sell Link's Managed Services - branded as "NetCare Managed Services". BACKGROUND: Link has been providing managed services under the brand name of "NetCare Managed Services" since 2010. Link is now a successful and established "Managed Services Provider" in the region. A complete portfolio of managed services offerings is available with the necessary contracts along with technical support and local "Help Desk". Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prospect on a daily/weekly basis to set up customer meetings to present Link's "Managed Services Portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Must achieve minimum daily and weekly prospecting activity</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in team meetings and activities to drive new business</p> </li><li> <p>Support marketing efforts of the Managed Services Team</p> </li><li> <p>Generate proposals and close business to achieve an assigned MRR (monthly recurring revenue) Quota</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with the Network Service Team/VP for custom quotes or project services quotes</p> </li><li> <p>Document all sales activities and documents in the CRM system</p> </li><li> <p>Meet weekly with your "Sales Manager" to review activity, pipeline and other sales issues</p> </li><li> <p>Travel in the assigned sales territory, as required</p> </li><li> <p>Transition customers to an "Account Manager" after the initial contracts are consummated</p> </li><li> <p>Engage "Inside Sales" or the assigned "Account Manager" for any hardware opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Expectation</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a positive attitude </li><li>Exhibit excellent teamwork skills </li><li>Be organized and perform timely follow up </li><li>Prioritize customer satisfaction </li><li>Participate in "Sales Training Activities" as assigned </li><li>Professional dress and conduct </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Salary, commission and annual bonus </li><li>Comprehensive benefit package </li><li>Hybrid work schedule (after a training period) </li></ul> <p>Ready to Take Your Career to the Next Level?</p>
