<p>Apply</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Licensed ACT Team Program Manager (Southeast Minneapolis, MN)</p> <p>Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is an evidence-based, team-oriented model designed to deliver comprehensive, person-centered mental health services to individuals with complex needs. This multidisciplinary approach brings together professionals with specialized expertise who share responsibility for care, integrating clinical and community-based interventions. By joining our ACT team, professionals become part of a mission-driven effort to transform lives-building strong, supportive relationships with clients as they work toward stability and recovery.</p> <p>The Licensed ACT Team Program Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Hennepin County ACT Team by providing clinical guidance, supervision, and oversight. This leadership position manages program operations including:</p> <ul> <li>Staffing, budgeting, and compliance, while also offering direct services such as psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments, </li><li>Overseeing a team of approximately 6-7 staff members, and </li><li>Ensuring that quality, integrated care remains at the heart of every client interaction-helping individuals achieve better health outcomes and greater independence in the community. </li></ul> <p>Location: Stark Mental Health, 2120 Park Avenue, Minneapolis (Services are provided in Hennepin County)</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time Hybrid Position</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday with flexible business hours </li><li>Required to be onsite to meet clients 3-5 days a week </li></ul> <p>Hiring Range: Salary variable on qualifications and experience</p> <ul> <li>$2,000 hiring bonus for external candidates </li><li>Licensed Program Manager Level: $83,665 - $89,122 </li><li>Licensed Program Supervisor Level: $63,268 - $77,500 </li></ul> <p>Main Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Support the organization's Mission, Vision and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly. </li><li>Responsible for overseeing a program's staff, budget, licensing, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Manage program time and work schedules, ensuring proper staffing occurs to meet the needs of the clients. </li><li>Provide supervision as required for licensure and/or by statute, to identified staff. </li><li>Responsible for the review of all documentation of case and progress notes of licensed and unlicensed staff ensuring that they are accurate and timely entered into the Electronic Health Record (EHR). </li><li>Meet with staff on a regular basis to provide clinical supervision/leadership and ensure that clients' needs are being met in accordance with their treatment plans, and county, state and federal rules and regulations. </li><li>May be required to participate in an on-call rotation. On-call responsibilities, as well as frequency and duration of on-call duty, are determined by program needs. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Required Qualifications: Licensed Program Manager</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in behavioral sciences or related fields (i.e. social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university) </li><li>Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions </li><li>3 years or 6,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field with a preference towards servicing those with mental health symptoms. </li><li>2 years or 4,000 hours of prior supervisory experience, or completion of People Incorporated's Link to Leadership Program. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications: Licensed Program Supervisor</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in behavioral sciences or related fields (i.e. social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy from an accredited college or university) </li><li>Current clinical license as a mental health professional in the State of Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT) with no restrictions, OR proof of current clinical licensure as described above within 60 days of employment </li><li>2 years or 4,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field with a preference towards experience providing services to individuals with mental health symptoms. </li><li>0-1 years of prior supervisory or leadership experience. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Eligibility as a State of Minnesota Board-approved supervisor. </li><li>Experience with clients with a primary diagnosis of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, major depressive disorder with psychotic features or other psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder </li><li>Previous ACT Team or case management experience </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Accrue up to 4 weeks of PTO/ESST, plus company-designated holidays and floating holidays </li><li>403(b) Retirement Savings Plan with a 3% employer-match </li><li>Multiple health and dental insurance plan choices available </li><li>Lifestyle Benefit - choice between company contribution to health savings account, student loan repayment assistance, or flex time </li><li>Employer-paid Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance & Life Insurance </li><li>Free access to People Incorporated's Training Institute, offering free CEUs and a wide array of learning and education opportunities </li></ul> <p>We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions.
