Lead in kitchen restaurant operations. Lead in developing strong interpersonal relationships with others in the kitchen and on the leadership team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of 20+ in kitchen </li><li>Develop future leaders </li><li>Serve and lead in restaurant operations 35-40 hours/week </li><li>Work out of operation in your department 5-10 hours/week </li><li>Learn and apply business strategies to improve organizational performance </li><li>Lead systems and processes that ensure consistent execution of food safety, food quality, and customer service </li><li>Partner with other leaders to create goals and inspire progress </li><li>Oversee business expenses and maximize profits </li><li>Develop future leaders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual English and Spanish </li><li>Experience in team leadership </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Humble servant-leader </li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills </li><li>Strong project/time management skills </li><li>Self-starter with strong follow through </li><li>Ability to work independently on complex projects </li><li>Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
