<p>Under the direction of the Site Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and well-being of the patients, conducting diagnostic testing, telephone triage, evaluating patient care and problem solving patient care needs. This position will works in a collaborative relationship with physicians and all other members of the health care team.
