This means you'll have a long-term opportunity to use your skills with us at Rainbow Restoration. </li></ul> <p>Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager</p> <p>You'll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and oversee all phases of restoration construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. </li><li>Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution. </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. </li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, inspect quality, and enforce safety standards. </li><li>Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, including delays, cost overruns, or quality control concerns. </li><li>Ensure all permits, inspections, and approvals are obtained and maintained. </li><li>Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. </li><li>Lead and supervise project teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure project success. </li><li>Manage project costs, including reviewing and approving invoices, and ensuring that expenditures align with the budget. </li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. </li></ul> <p>How to be Successful as a Project Manager</p> <p>Your success as a Project Manager is entirely within your control. Managing a schedule is a key part of this job.</p> <p>We won't sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You'll often be in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in a home that are contaminated due to fire or flood or other damage. Communication is everything.</p> <p>Job Requirements for the Project Manager</p> <p>Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on restoration, remodeling, or similar industries. </li><li>Knowledge of restoration services (fire, water, mold) is a plus. </li><li>Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Xatimate, DASH, and Microsoft products). </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li><li>OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred). </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour with on-call bonuses and overtime available.</p> <p>Health insurance, paid time off, company car, company cell phone, and more.</p> <p>If you're ready for a rewarding and exciting career,</p>
