<p>Kforce's client, a well-established, growth-focused firm consulting with growing small businesses, is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor/Manager to join with fractional CFOs and bookkeepers in a close-knit, flexible team in North Andover, MA. This position is scheduled on-site and located North of Boston near the NH Border.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily accounting operations for a portfolio of clients (A/P, A/R, billing, month-end and year-end close) </li><li>Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, General Ledger) under US GAAP </li><li>Lead and mentor staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables </li><li>Manage monthly reconciliations, closings, and payroll journal entries </li><li>Liaise with external CPA firms for assurance and tax engagements </li><li>Drive process improvements and uphold high standards of client satisfaction* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field </li><li>6-10 years of recent full-charge accounting experience (corporate or public accounting) </li><li>Significant QuickBooks experience (desktop and online) required </li><li>Prior staff training and supervisory experience </li><li>Strong communication skills and personal integrity </li></ul>
